San Gabriel County Water District is improving our online payment experience for customers.
 

Effective March 1, 2026, we will transition from Xpress Bill Pay to our new Community Portal for online payments and account management.

What You Need to Know:
Beginning March 1, 2026, payments will no longer be processed through Xpress Bill Pay. Customers will need to use the new Community Portal to make payments and manage their accounts. If you currently have AutoPay or paperless billing set up through Xpress Bill Pay, you will need to re-enroll in our new Community Portal.
