Starting on March 1, 2026, San Gabriel County Water District will be switching from Xpress Bill Pay to a new online bill pay service called Community Portal.

Customers can visit our Online Bill Pay section to set up their accounts on the new Community Portal. Anyone who currently uses AutoPay or paperless billing will need to re-enroll for those services.
